The Eternity ring is made up of precious metal and set with a full or half a ring of diamonds or gems.
There are two different types of Eternity rings. A full ring of diamonds set in the band is said to symbolise your everlasting love with no ending. These rings do prove to be difficult to resize. You can opt for an Eternity ring that has the diamonds set only half way round. This is more comfortable for the wearer.
